Explore the renovated porch, great hall, and dining room. Take a closer look at the carvings of wildlife in the wood and wrought iron light fixtures.
Enjoy free tours throughout the month. Dates and times include: Tuesday, April 5th, Wednesday, April 20th, or Sunday, April 24th at 11 am, 12:30 pm, or 2 pm. Register online at http://bit.ly/LMNCEventbrite or call the Lookout Mountain Nature Center at 720-497-7600 for more information.
No food, drink, or dogs allowed in building. Please park in the upper parking lot at Pine Valley Ranch Park and go up the stairs that are located across from the parking lot. There will be a small A-frame sign pointing to the stairs. The stairs up to the lodge are very steep. The trail from the parking lot to the front door is approximately 350 ft with a 60 ft elevation gain. This is considered a hard trail. If you feel that you are unable to walk up the stairs a ride may be arranged. There will still be a short walk from the vehicle to the front door.
Please make sure you have someone to assist you. Please let us know beforehand if you will need a ride up to the lodge. The lodge can be quite cold, please dress in layers. Bathrooms are located in the lower parking lot; there are NO BATHROOMS at the lodge. If you can't join a tour in April, keep checking our scheduling for more tours next month.Visit Event Website for More Info
