The Mountain Connection supports nonprofit organizations that provide needed services to mountain area residents. The publication commits to do this through its “Beneficiary Program” and by creating awareness of services and events through ongoing articles and notices. More than $89,000 has been contributed to local nonprofits by the Mountain Connection. Focus is on local residents' storytelling that promote mountain area people and events, with a nonpartisan and nonsectarian point of view. Our readers can count on “mountain community news on the positive side!”
