Look What I Found

This hip fashion boutique opened in 2008 upstairs in the Aspen Park Village Shopping Center in Conifer.

It is owned and operated by fashion whiz Shauna Boichut, who also owns Provence Marketplace, a French imported linens business.

“We try to bring in the latest in style at the best prices I can find,” Shauna said. “We have a huge variety of the coolest, funnest things I can find tweaked for mountain girls of all ages—gals from ages 17 to 89 make up my ‘shopping window.’ You can walk in as a teenager or walk in 89 years old, and there will be something in the store for you.

One of the shop’s most popular sellers is the Woolly Bully line of affordable and durable fleece jackets, coats and vests made from only the softest fleece and trimmings from Italy.

The hot holiday items were velvet, stretchy texting gloves for ladies, scarves, jewelry and purses. Shauna has been selling about 20 to 30 of the classy scarves per day this winter.

In addition to great clothes, you can find purses, jewelry and accessories at all price levels.

At Your Finger Tips Nail Salon

At Your Finger Tips Salon in Evergreen was established in 1995 by owner Laura Smith. In 2000, Laura took a risky step and began operating out of her home. To her delight, her home salon became an instant success. For starters, you’re greeted with a hot cup of coffee or tea and cookies, then invited to climb into one of the oversized cushy leather chairs to simply r.e.l.a.x.  Rejuvenation and stress-relief happen naturally with her “Come As You Are” policy. It’s never a surprise to have a client walk in to her home for an early morning appointment still dressed in their PJs!

Manicures always include a luxurious sugar scrub and hand massage. Pedicures last 75 to 90 minutes.

Laura and a Trager Therapist have developed “Smileen.” The two women work on a client simultaneously using Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Essential Oils, Trager Massage, Cranial Sacral, Sound Therapy, Healing Tuning Forks, La Stone Therapy and Chakra Treatments. People have traveled from around the country to receive their Smileen Treatments.
